Background document of Education 4.0 principles for Vietnamese institutions

This background working document describes in detail the thinking, structures and tools behind creating the EMVITET guidelines. Guidelines were built in a collaborative process between EMVITET partners and they give suggestions on how to support the development of Education 4.0 in the Vietnamese context. The background document and the guidelines are targeted at teacher-developers, educational managers and decision-makers.
